Tim, You can download a dual Ether Port example from the link below. drive.google.com/.../view This example project works on DK_S7G2 board. The Ether port on main board is configured for IP address 192.168.0.100 and the other Ether port on Breakout board is set up for 192.168.0.101. Please make sure the S5 and S101 dip switches are configured correctly before running the example. You can ping both ports from your PC simultaneously.
