Hope you have success also. I always go to www.am.renesas.com then select product synergy. On the left select the series. The all the documentation like hardware manuals and app notes are available from there. I rarely use the hardware manual as the Synergy configurator handles all of the hardware for me. I have had to do some special stuff where the hardware manual was required *super high speed dual ethernet ports, *super robust uart communications, but for the most part the SSP drivers are all you will need and are very straight forward to configure in the SSP configurator. Another very important thing to remember ... If you are not way out with your use of peripherals you do your design by standing on your head: Forget drivers ... SSP provides a good set that are selected in the configurator (they work !!!) Forget power on initialization ... SSP provides all that in the configurator (it works - convinced myself after the first couple of designs) Simply start with the configurator: Set up frameworks for your peripherals Set up your threads (be a little careful about priorities - use 5 to 10 is my suggestion) Add software stacks such as GUIX, USBX Finish general IO selections using the pin configurator Then write your application. You don't need to spend a lot of time on drivers etc. unless you run into problems. I know this is a lot different than normal app development but that is truly the power of Synergy. Renesas stands behind their platform and if there are problems they fix them or help you with a work around. I did not look directly at javascript ... one of our customers wants his industrial controllers to work like a tablet !!! Therefore eventually they are willing to pay for enhanced user interface with the solid industrial backbone that Renesas microcontrollers provide. Hence our requirement for "Gestures" Good Luck ...
