Hello, The best approach regarding USB drivers is to make sure you've installed Renesas Flash Programmer (RFP), version 3.02 or newer. This includes signed CDC driver you can use with Synergy devices. In the "USBX Device Configuration", leave Vendor ID at its default (0x045B = Renesas) and set Product ID to 0x0238. Lower down, set Class Code to "Miscellaneous" as otherwise, the device will fail to enumerate under Windows 10. Your device will appear on the system as "Synergy USB Boot", but will be fully functional with regards to CDC ACM comms. Regards
