Hello Rich, For size calculations, performing them externally should be perfectly fine. SSP 1.2.0 updates FileX version from 5.2 to 5.4. There is now an option to enable 64-bit LBA (i.e. 64-bit block addressing), however 32-bit LBA should be sufficient even for large partitions. Regards
