Here is a possible work around for now: Create a new "Blinky with ThreadX" sample project using the Synergy new project wizard in your workspace. Hit the generate code button in the configurator, then build the project. Download the code to your target board with the debugger, making sure that the RTOS Resources view is closed first. Then open the RTOS Resources view. The Select RTOS dialog should pop up allowing you to select ThreadX. Then it should work correctly thereafter. After doing this the effect seems to have stuck. The RTOS Resources view now works as expected on all my ThreadX projects. You may need to pause/play your project two or three times to populate the window. After it's been populated, you can right-click on any column to set real-time refresh interval.
