Hello Dhiraj, If you did not set the "Enable interrupt after initialization" property in the driver to "True", you'll have to call g_kint.p_api- enable(g_kint.p_ctrl). Also, make sure there's no "&" sign before g_kint.p_ctrl arugment - that's a bug in the documentation. Lastly, make sure you configured your key matrix to relevant pins and that these pins are enabled and set to Key Matrix input in the pins tab of the Synergy Configurator. Regards.
